Finally managed to schedule in time for training and exercise. The important thing is to train the major muscles that I will be using. I'll be up pretty high with no place to stop, and I will also be carrying a pretty heavy backpack. So muscle strength is important. Stamina is also important as I will have to keep moving non stop.
